8km I'm done it

Wake up early in the morning at 5 sum thg .Felt so sleepy(I want my bed)

But the event start at 6am gonna be late soon ..wuwu ...reach there vast crowd 

Begin with the speaker invite those ppl who birthday on 8 sept to the stage and sing birthday to them...next,some representative individual to make a speech to end with the gymnastic

And take photographs

Long time never run last time went for gym also run 45 minute(maximum)but nowadays almost 9 month no jogging 

Finally finish it 8km hahaha felt a bit sweating

家里已经又够多mask 了，不过最后都是买了，特别是在蜗牛精华我可是第一次听，

昨晚遲放工媽咪休息家裡煮飯回到家就最后一個吃東西（餓）

過後蔡先生就打羽球去〜可是明明早前去答應去看電影了（當時有點失望的）不過最後他上網買票啦😄
